Annual General Meeting
Members of the Southport Australian Rules Football Club Limited are hereby notified that the 2022 Annual General Meeting will be held in the Sharks Events Centre at the club on Sunday, 4 December, 2022, commencing at 9.00am.
AGENDA:
Ordinary business
- Receipt of minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting.
- Receipt and consideration of the Financial Report, Directors’ and Auditors’ Report in relation to 2022 financial year.
- The election of Directors.
- The appointment of an Auditor.
- Consideration of the nomination and admission of Life Members.
Nominations for office bearers are to be lodged on the prescribed form at the SARFC CEO’s office by close of business on Saturday, November 19, 2022.
Nomination forms are available from the CEO’s office. Members can vote by proxy. A proxy form will be made available by application to the club.
