Southport Sharks Health + Fitness (SSH+F) has three studios offering over 110 group fitness classes a week for our members. Classes allow members to experience a variety of body conditioning and cardio fitness, with all levels of fitness and experience catered for. SSH+F group fitness instructors are fun, approachable, experienced and can assist anyone wishing to try a new class.
