We’ve hosted our staff meeting at the Sharks Event Centre, and the team are very helpful and dedicated to supporting and delivering the outcomes we need, given some of the complex requirements with A/V and fitting up to 800 staff members in a room!
Attended a birthday/catch-up in the Cabana Bar and for a busy Friday night - we felt relaxed and attended to by the fabulous Cabana staff. Two platters of sumptuous food, were light and satisfying for 8 ladies and the carafe cocktails were amazing, even the birthday cake was presented so wonderfully by staff. Thank you, we'll be back!
★★★★★ Facebook Review I have been a Sharks Fitness member nearly one and half years. I love all the group fitness classes I have attended. There are many different kinds of facilities to meet members' needs. Staff are friendly and trainers are professional. I love it.

★★★★★ Trip Advisor Review Excellent food & service - We went to Carmody's for my husband's birthday and enjoyed the "seasonal luncheon' menu which was very well priced for 3 courses. The barramundi was cooked to perfection and the panna-cotta was delectable. The service is always first class and the restaurant is bright and cheerful. We would dine there regularly if we lived on the Gold Coast. It's definitely worth joining the club, as you get your money back after one birthday meal.

Best mid-range buffet on the northern end of the coast - Been to the buffet numerous times, mainly when we get shop-a-docket voucher (works out to be cheaper). Good variety, fresh food, pay $31 for buffet and can get unlimited soft drink or there are endless free water machines around the place. For the average price of $31 for a buffet, this is the best value for money compared to others around this price range. Good for kids as well.
