The Southport Sharks are thrilled to welcome Will Sexton from the Northern Bullants to the club.
Originally, from Finley in the Southwest of New South Wales, Will Sexton impressed in his first season in the VFL at the Bullants in 2023.
The 20-year-old averaged 12 disposals, five marks, and three tackles a game in his 15 VFL games this year.
Before playing for the Bullants, Will played for the Oakleigh Chargers in the Coates Talent League.
Sexton will join his older brother Jack, who played his first season at the Sharks this year.
Southport’s General Manager of Football Operations, Jarrod Field, said, “We are pleased that Will has decided to move to the Gold Coast and join Jack at the Sharks.”
“They are both great young men, and we can’t wait to see what they can do in 2024.”
