With respect to the request of the family, we are sad to announce the passing of Stuart Hunter on Thursday, 11 April 2024, after losing his battle with cancer.
Stu dedicated close to 15 years of service to Southport Sharks, most notably as an integral part of our Duty Manager team.
Not only a beloved team member of our club, Stu was also a friendly and familiar face to our members and guests throughout his time here.
Always carrying himself as a true gentleman, Stu will be sorely missed by all who had the pleasure of interacting with him.
Our love and thoughts are with Rennae & Stu’s family during this difficult time, as we remember the wonderful man that he was.
