Join us for Mums & Bubs every Monday and Thursday morning at Sharks Fitness. Classes run for 45 minutes for mums and, bubs aged 6 weeks to 12 months.

This class is specifically designed for what your body needs at your current fitness level, focusing on functional movements using your body weight.

Instructor Background

  • Instructors are qualified and have a wide range of knowledge in multiple areas of training Mums n Bubs classes.
  • Some instructors are also specialised in antenatal & postnatal training including a registered “Safe Return to Exercise Coach”, plus a qualified infant massage instructor & registered Midwife.

What to expect

  • Expect to not be busting your butt from week 1!
  • Establishing a strong foundation from the inside out
  • Learning to understand where they are starting from & how they can safely return to exercise
  • Focus on breath and cooling your nervous system. Slow and controlled yoga postures that release tension from the body and free you up!
  • Simple meditation practices that you can also take home
  • Connect with like-minded mothers and be a part of a community gym
