Join us for Kids Yoga every Tuesday and Thursday afternoons at Sharks Fitness. Classes run for 45 minutes and include 7 to 13 years.

Instructor Background
Instructors are fully certified and have many years of experience & have worked with all ages & explored various levels of yoga styles from some of the world’s leading yoga teachers.
What to expect
- Loads of fun!
- Sessions will incorporate exciting ways in exploring breathing exercises and movement using stories, games and the power of imagination to create an energetic and unique experience.
- Stretching to release tightness throughout the body and to improve flexibility
- Inversions getting upside down – overcoming fears and build strength, and understanding body awareness
- Poses to improve balance, coordination and concentration
- Understanding the effects the breath can have on their body’s and emotions
- A safe and loving environment for them to be themselves.
