Instructor Background

Instructors are fully certified and have many years of experience & have worked with all ages & explored various levels of yoga styles from some of the world’s leading yoga teachers.

  • Sessions will incorporate exciting ways in exploring breathing exercises and movement using stories, games and the power of imagination to create an energetic and unique experience.
  • Stretching to release tightness throughout the body and to improve flexibility
  • Inversions getting upside down – overcoming fears and build strength, and understanding body awareness
  • Poses to improve balance, coordination and concentration
  • Understanding the effects the breath can have on their body’s and emotions
  • A safe and loving environment for them to be themselves.
