This is going to be an event you won’t want to miss! Our sellout event series “Sessions” is back for its first showing of 2023, and we’re coming in hot. Treat yourselves to a Gin Fling at Aviary, proudly supported by the incredible team at Burleigh-based Capricorn Distilling Co.
On Saturday, 18th March from 1pm to 3pm, dive into a delectable two-hour food & beverage package, including an unlimited amount of our authentic Italian pizzas, High Tea towers with gin-infused treats, along with an incredible showcase of the best gin you’ve ever tasted (beer & wine lovers, never fear; we’ve got you covered as well). Live music will fill the rooftop with an unbeatable ambience backed by our stunning views of the Gold Coast hinterland and city skyline.
Thanks to Capricorn Distilling Co., there’ll also be an exclusive pop-up G&T Bar for you to take this session to brand new heights.
Dress code is ‘Summer Cocktail’, with a best-dressed competition & lucky door prizes to go along with it.
