The new glute-focused area includes state-of-the-art equipment from Techno Gym and Matrix Fitness Australia. The area includes:

  • Standing Abductor: helps target outer hips and promotes strength and stability
  • Rear Kickback Machine: ideal for training glutes, hamstrings and quadriceps
  • Hip Thrust Machine: helps strengthens the muscles in the hips, glutes and quadriceps

Not only does it enhance leg strength, but incorporating a glute focused workout can include many benefits, such as: 

  1. Improved athletic performance: Strong gluteal muscles can help improve your running speed, jumping ability, and power during sports and other physical activities
  2. Improved posture: Strong gluteal muscles can help improve posture by helping to stabilize the pelvis and lower back.
