We recently spoke to one of our Southport Sharks Health + Fitness members, Chris Soames. We spoke about his journey at SSH+F and what Men’s Health Week means for him. He has been a regular SSH+F member for over six years, and hasn’t looked back since. His change to a healthy lifestyle has allowed him to achieve many of his life goals.
Get to Know Chris:
- He goes to the gym 5 days a week!
- His fitness routine is a combination of weights and Group Fitness Classes
- Favourite classes are the Spin Classes
- He loves it because he is able to go at his own pace, and he feels amazing well after the class it finished. He claims his mental health has improved since adding Spin into his fitness routine
