Kick off the festivities on Wednesday 29 January with a vibrant traditional Chinese Lion Dance at 7:30PM, a symbol of good luck and prosperity.
Throughout the week, immerse yourself in the culinary delights of our buffet, featuring an enticing selection of dishes, including:

- Szechuan Pork & Chive Dumplings
- Sweet & Sour Pork
- Steamed Fish with Ginger & Shallot
