Clayton completed a Bachelor of Laws Degree and was admitted as a Solicitor in New South Wales and Queensland in February 2002.  He is also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Directors (GAICD) and holds a Diploma in Financial Services (Dip FS). Clayton serves on numerous boards including Southport Sharks. He was elected President in February 2023.
