In line with Australian Consumer Law, change of mind purchases are not entitled to a refund. Southport Sharks can offer an exchange for a change of mind purchase within 30 days, if the item is:
If you’ve purchased the wrong size and we cannot offer an exchange due to stock availability, a refund will be provided.

If your item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or you’ve received the wrong product, we’ll provide a refund, exchange, or repair in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds will be processed via your original payment method. If you used a gift card, a new gift card of equal value will be issued.
Please allow up to 7 business days from the time we receive your returned item for processing.
Delivery and shipping fees (including installation, where applicable) are non-refundable for change of mind or sizing-related returns.
