Southport Sharks Merchandise Store – Returns & Refunds Policy

Change of Mind or Wrong Size – 30 Days

In line with Australian Consumer Lawchange of mind purchases are not entitled to a refund.  Southport Sharks can offer an exchange for a change of mind purchase within 30 days, if the item is:

  • In original, unworn condition
  • Not altered or damaged in any way
  • With all original tags and packaging attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

If you’ve purchased the wrong size and we cannot offer an exchange due to stock availability, a refund will be provided.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees may apply for online returns
  • Items that have been worn, damaged after delivery, or altered in any way cannot be returned, unless faulty or suffering a major problem
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on gift cards

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or you’ve received the wrong product, we’ll provide a refund, exchange, or repair in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to:

  • A refund or replacement for major failures
  • A repair or replacement if the product is not of acceptable quality and the issue isn’t major

We may need to assess the product to determine the most appropriate remedy. Some items may need to be sent to the supplier or manufacturer for further inspection. Refunds or replacements may be refused if the item has been misused or significantly altered.

How to Return or Exchange

You can return or exchange items:

  • In-store: Bring your item and proof of purchase to Southport Sharks
  • By post: Email us before posting any return so we can guide you through the process

Please note:

  • Postal exchanges are not available — only refunds for eligible items
  • Return shipping costs for change of mind or wrong-size exchanges are the customer’s responsibility
  • For bulky items, contact us first so we can assess whether an on-site inspection or alternate return process is appropriate

Receiving a Refund

Refunds will be processed via your original payment method. If you used a gift card, a new gift card of equal value will be issued.

Please allow up to 7 business days from the time we receive your returned item for processing.

Delivery and shipping fees (including installation, where applicable) are non-refundable for change of mind or sizing-related returns.
