Jake’s customer service background extends beyond our shores with an enriching stint at Disney World in Orlando, where he specialised in Guest Experience. Eventually switching lanes into the creative industry to combine it with his affinity for marketing, Jake’s expertise in graphic & communication design allows him to create visually compelling marketing materials that resonate with diverse audiences.
