Carmody’s celebrated wine dinners are back, this time honouring the established flavours in Wolf Blass Wines.
Established in 1966, Wolf Blass Wines started from humble beginnings. After founder Wolfgang Franz Otto Blass ran away from school, his parents handed him an ultimatum. Either start a three year winemaking apprenticeship or get back to class — and so began a journey that changed the winemaking world.
George Samios from Wolf Blass Wines will navigate guests through a specially curated degustation menu, paired with a range of carefully selected Wolf Blass Wines.
