In recognition of Men’s Health Week, we spoke to some of our inspirational members. Lydie Hau has been a member at Southport Sharks Health + Fitness for over four years, smashing his fitness goals and recently working through a range of health issues by changing his workout regime.

Lydie says that Men’s Health Week is a good opportunity to self-assess, set achievable goals and work on yourself. Whether it be improving your cardio level, flexibility, strength or even diet. For him, it’s the enjoyment he gets out of a healthy lifestyle. Once you beat the mental challenges of getting started, you can achieve your goals inside and outside of the gym.
