TDU Pro Team downunder has been running now for over ten years. From a small begining racing here in Australia as the Peugoet Team we acheived a great first year winning the Tour Of Tasmania and stages of the last Commonwealth Bank Classic.
We raced the Bay series crits and decided to move the team to Belgium where we registered the team as a Continental Team.
From here D & D Promotions Based in Belgium helped manage the team. The idea of the team was to help up and coming Aussie riders reach there dreams. Riders like Matt Wilson and Glenn chadwick were a true inspiration to the team. The boys made the most of it and won many races in Belgium, Germany, France and UK. We even had huge wins in the Tour of China.
It is now we have bought the team back to its routes here on the Gold Coast Australia where we intend to develop local talent and race all National races. From here we will focus on re joining the Continental ranks in the near future & race overseas.
With everyones support we are exicted about the future of TDU.
